In 1921 the company of  ‘Jarrett,  Rainsford and Laughton Ltd’  established in Sydney the subsidiary ‘Rainsford Ltd.’,  becoming ‘Rainsford Pty. Ltd.’ in 1928. They made metal and  lastic ware. Initially they were importers only,  but later set up manufacturing. Twinco was a Rainsford product line.

Twinco Products were manufactured in Australia from 1946 – 1970s.
